Today, in Hamilton, our first visit was at St. Daniel's Elementary School. The children were gathered for a presentation and many shared with us what harmony meant to them. Then they ran around the school and were able to touch the torch to add their wishes for harmony before going back to class! We are grateful to Mr. Lenjosek, the school principal, for making our visit possible.

Aujourd'hui à Hamilton, notre première visite à l'école "St. Daniel's Elementary School" a eu lieu. Les enfants se sont rassemblés pour une cérémonie, nous témoignant ce que signifie pour eux l'harmonie. Ils ont relayé le flambeau dans une course autour de l'école et aussi fait des voeux pour l'harmonie avant de retourner en classe. Nous offrons notre reconnaissance a M. Lenjosek, directeur de l'école, qui a organisé l'événement.

Right across the street we visited Lisgar Elementary School. A special thanks to Mr. Resijin, the gym teacher, for all his efforts in making the arrangements for our visit. Students were gathered for the World Harmony Run presentation and many shared what they thought harmony meant to them. Afterwards we all headed outside for a shor run around the block with the torch.

De l'autre côté de la rue, nous avons visité l'école "Lisgar Elementary School". Nous remercions M. Resijin, professeur de gymnastique, d' avoir déployé tant d'efforts à organiser cette visite. Suite à la cérémonie du flambeau. où chacun offraient leurs voeux d'espoir pour l'harmonie mondiale, les étudiants ont couru brièvement dans le secteur de l'école avec le flambeau.

We ended our relay at Dalewood Middle School where gym teacher, Mr. Difelis made it possible for the students, who had just finished their 'Turkey Run', to gather in the gym for our World Harmony Run presentation.

Notre relais s'est terminé à l'école "Dalewood Middle School" où une cérémonie a été mise sur pied par le professeur d'éducation physique, M. Difelis. Les étudiants qui venaient tout juste de finir leur course, ont pris part à la cérémonie de la Course de l'harmonie mondiale dans le gymnase.

We ended our relay at Dalewood Middle School where gym teacher, Mr. Difelis made it possible for the students, who had just finished their 'Turkey Run', to gather in the gym for our World Harmony Run presentation.

We offered them congratulations on their achievements in their sports day and they were thrilled to see the DVD showing the international relay. On their way from the gym they were able to touch the torch and offer a silent moment and a wish for peace.

Nous avons félicité les étudiants pour leurs exploits pendant leur journée sportive et ill s étaient ravis de visionner le DVD du relais international de la course de l'harmonie. Au sortir du gymnase, ils ont tenu le flambeau et offert un moment de silence pour la paix.
