Just coming back from the run and already writing a message!! I only wanted to appologize to Vera, that I never gave her the promised Arnica cream and remedy... I simply forgot. Hopefully her muscle-pain is gone by now or at least much better! And to Judit a happy "hello everybody":-)

I'm a runner from america who lived in Albania for 5 years and am looking to connect with other Albanian runners. I run Nikeplus challenges on Albania or Kosovo's behalf, but I am always the only runner on the team. I feel a kinship to all of you runners, but especially the Albanian team since there aren't many Albanian runners it seems. Great job!

Hi Ksenia! It's great to see you running again!! (do you ever stop?) I saw the team had a lot of rain to run through. In Holland we have a lot of sayings about rain.
