We started into an easy day, the mountains still ahead of us. Runners from Montpellier awaited us in Le Grau du Roi.

Together we ran along the coast, beautiful all the way to Montpellier.

Jean Michel, a local priest who runs 20 kilometres every day, ran with us the whole time...

A short run in the old centre of Montpellier ended at the city hall.

Finally we met a football club with many promising young kickers.

After passing the torch to all of them we ran a final lap together.
