Troon - Glasgow - Falkirk
The team arrived in Troon at 9am and headed off to Glasgow. We arrived just in time for a meeting at the Tramway - a local arts centre with a beautiful and very well known Hidden Garden. We were received there by Glasgow's Baillie, Baillie Hurcombe, and a lively group of children who ran with the Torch.
We then passed on to Falkirk, and ended the run at the Falkirk wheel - the world's first and only rotating boat lift (pictured above). There we were warmly received by the Provost of Falkirk, Jim Johnston.
Distance: 110km
