New Zealand 13 March: Team B - Waipara to Kaikoura

First destination - Waipara Primary School.

These kids were so calm and attentive.

Wishes for peace...

The kids were so excited to run with and hold the torch!

Thank you Waipara Primary School for a great start to the day!

On the road to Kaikoura, Marama lights up the torch...

...and fuels herself up with snacks kindly provided by Mediterranean Foods in Christchurch!

Having a spot of trouble with the van, we were rescued by Bob and Wendy Reid, who kindly stopped on their way to jump-start us...

Big smiles all around as we are back on our way! Bob and Wendy even followed us all the way to Kaikoura to make sure we were ok. Thankfully we made it in time to visit our next school...

Kaikoura Primary School children make a wish for world peace

Holding the torch...

The children each got a special bookmark commemorating the visit.

And we're back on the road in New Zealand again!
