Today was a rest day, with local events in Lodz and some time for laundry, internet and other administrative tasks.

In the morning we ran through the sunny city with its many trees and parks, on our way to four primary schools.

We had a lot of fun with all the kids.

They took the World Harmony Run very seriously and encouraged our international team with fresh enthusiasm!

Lots of singing our theme song and running, and many smiling faces!

Harmony begins in the heart!

In the afternoon we went to the home ground of a local running and football club, and the managers joined our team for a symbolic lap around a nearby lake.

In the evening we enjoyed another great meal again, served by some local friends!
