Today we had a long running day, from Lodz to Warsaw. Starting in Lodz , we left at top speed and soon reached Brzeziny.

The mayor welcomed us, accompanied by some local residents. Media people were there and the event ended with the mayor running, nice presents and refreshments.

In Rawa Mazowiecka, sprinters ftom the local track and field club met us just ourside the city, and ran with us all the way to the city centre.

The city representative and media crew were waiting for us, and we spent a pleasant time there, also reminiscing about our last visit 8 years ago!

The rest of the day was just running and running the long distance under the hot Polish Saturday afternoon sun.

We reached Warsaw and spent a great evening together. Good food was served, cooked by friends, and new team members arrived today. We will have quite a big team these next days!
