As we started out this morning, our friends from the scout camp in Czerwonka joined us. They came with a group of runners in their own bus and stayed with us for quite a distance. This was a very pleasant surprise, as it makes it real fun to run longer distances as a group.

Finally we reached Suwalki, our last meeting place in Poland.

A huge group of kids greeted us at the city limits and ran with us all the way to a park.

Spontaneously, they passed the torch!

It was a great meeting with all those enthusiastic kids, a TV crew and the mayor of Suwalki.

Finally, we said good bye to Poland and crossed the border to Lithuania.

Thanks to Poland for the great days and all the hospitality!
