Sweden 3 June: Nynashamn

Our 18-hour-trip on the ferry was quite enjoyable, and we were very happy that the Captain of 'Polferries' was so kind as to hold the torch and pose for a picture. Only half an hour after our arrival in Nynashamn, Sweden we had a school waiting for us. The kids performed several songs for us and offered us their undivided attention.

Thank you very much to the company for the discount on our ride.

A wonderful view from the upper deck.

Nynashamn school children performing for us.

They got it!

The Headmaster and our Swedish organizer.

Hard to let go again...

As Swedish as can be!

They were really excited.

What a perfect welcome to Sweden for us!

Gratitude to Kristina, a teacher at the school, who was so kind as to forward a link to the school's photos of our wonderful day there as well: www.nynashamn.se/svanis, then select Senaste Nytt, then World Harmony Run. Thank you, Kristina!!
