USA 7 November: New York, NY

Renaissance Middle School Vice-Principal Vivienne Rogers-Hill welcomes the runners and invites the students to offer their expressions on what world harmony means to them.

The students of the Sports and Medicine Academy prepared an excellent program incorporating students' poetry, quotes and song from the founder Sri Chinmoy as well as dance elements.

Wearing African motif sashes the students offered their heartfelt performance.

After the student performance Principal Harriet Diaz presented Vice-Principal Rogers-Hill with the World Harmony Run Torch-Bearer Award in recognition of her tremendous service to the Renaissance Middle School.

Mitali Bandhu worked very hard to choreograph the performance.

Each student had a chance to hold the torch and make a wish for world harmony.
