USA 3 May: Alabama State Line, AL - Ocean Springs, MS

Click on the image above to watch news coverage of the start of the Run in New York City.

Despite an intense thunderstorm, Gina Gregory, City Councilwoman for Mobile, Alabama, and Tommy McPherson II, Director of the Mobile Museum of Art, made it to their beautiful museum in order to welcome the runners.

Children's artwork for harmony was displayed in the lobby of the museum. Children's art is so powerful in its brilliance, simplicity, and joy.

The whole group gathered for a photo and a song. The accoustics in the museum helped us to sound surprisingly good.

Our heroic photographer, Bansidhar, was finally caught in front of the lens as he powered through the thunderstorm with a smile on his face.

Check out video footage of our runners in the rain. Click on image to view video.

Anne from Finland glides effortlessly along the pavement.

Salil and Jitavrata work to keep the website updated with the latest events from the road.

Ever willing to pitch in, Vladimir selflessly attends to laundry duty.

In addition to all the wonderful skills Homagni contributes, he also cooks a darn good curry.

Smilingly, Karen prepares for her final run with the team before heading home to Australia where she will join the Australian Harmony Run on their journey around their beautiful continent.

It is only with the kind and generous aid of our sponsoring hotels that we can do what we do. Thank you Best Value Inn of Pensacola.

Super 8 Motel so nicely accommodated us in Biloxi Mississippi. Thank you.

A quiet moment alone.
