USA 4 August: Ellicottville, NY - Buffalo, NY

Our morning began at Annie's peaceful pond. A photographer's haven!

Some of us began by stretching on the dock.

Nothing like a beautiful yoga session in nature. We had to drag Atulya off the dock.

The girls were fortunate enough to have time for a morning ride. Annie - the ultimate host - was up before us all getting the horse's ready and checking in on her new filly. What an incredible stay!

The corn grows big in these parts!

Part of the team made time for a short trip up to Niagara Falls. Our international team members had never been before, so they got first dibs.

The run was very well received.

We met many people from around the world.

That afternoon we were invited to visit the Boys and Girls Club in Buffalo.

The mayor's representative - Otis Barker - greeted the children and welcomed the runners. He had terrific charisma!

The torch continues to bring out the smiles.

Annemarie offers clues for the children to guess what country she's from. We love playing this game with them.

The kids were overjoyed to run with Otis around the field.

Thank you Lenox Hotel in Buffalo for offering us 2 discounted rooms. We really enjoyed our stay!
