USA 12 August: Rye Beach, NH - Boston, MA

Even though we were rained out of our campground last night, the kind folks of Shel-Al Campground in North Hampton, NH very nicely allowed us to keep our tents, that we had already set up, there for the night. They have supported us for several runs now. We were sorry to be rained out.

The girls team took the torch out first this morning. They made their way down to Newportbury, NH to visit some shining little folks at the YWCA.

The little ones always seem to get the run at a deeper level. They really don't need anything explained to them.

What a beautiful way to start the day!

The boys team ran the torch into Boston. After navigating what seemed to be a very complicated city, they finally made their way to the YMCA. The children very eagerly received the torch.

We had some real artists in the crowd.

Daulot shared some of his northwest charm. Enthusiasm incarnate, he has been a great addition to the team.

After playing our guessing game with children, the settled things down with a quiet moment.

It is always a blessing to take the time to find the endless pool of harmony in your heart.

We took everyone outside to pass the torch and...

make a wish for harmony.

Thank you so much to our Massachusetts coordinators and the YMCA. We had very nice visit. Tonight we stay with friends.
