USA 13 May: Moss Landing - Pescadero State Beach

Our constant companion, the Pacific Ocean, once again showered her beauty upon us.

Wild flowers streched out before us.

We met Matthew McDaniel and his horse Hampton who are travelling to Los Angeles to protest the treatment of the Akha hill tribe of Thailand.

Our host from the Captains Inn joined the men's team before preparing a sumptious breakfast for us.

Meanwhile Sujantra, Adhirathata and Erik were doing the hard yards up the coast.

Sujantra expounds on the myriad benefits of being on the team.

Salil makes the most of the last few days of the California run.

Adhiratha shares his experiences with a NBC-TV camera man.

At the Santa Cruz Boys and Girls Club we performed our World Harmony Run song composed by Sri Chinmoy, the founder of the run.

Devashishu introduces the team.

The Boys and Girls clubs offered us a heartfelt welcome.

We felt peace in our hearts.

We learned the Hula - Santa Cruz style.

Everyone touched the torch.

It was really exciting, touching the torch that so many have touched.

We made wishes for peace. Special thanks to the Santa Cruz boys and Girls Club

Speacial thanks to the Holiday Inn Express of Half Moon Bay  for providing accommodations for the Women's Team.
