USA 30 June: Perma, MT - Drummond, MT

We all celebrate the Fourth of July a little early this year since that happens to be Palash's birthday and she leaves our team tomorrow. She will be missed!

The nature of Montana.

Everywhere you look your struck by the magic.

Salil heads for the refreshing river. We jump in whenever we can!

Our Montana Coordinator, Moni, has been loving the miles.

Natabara has been pleasantly surprised as how well the miles have been going for him.

In Missoula we were invited to the Montana Senior Softball Tournament that takes place the weekend. Teams from the Northwest states, British Columbia and Alberta are competing in the tournament.

We had a nice window in between games to pass the torch and share our story.

The players and spectators really seemed to resonate with our message.

Thanks to Mike Terry,a local organizer for inviting us to stop by the tournament,

Chick and Barbara join by holding the torch, then telling stories about the area.

Then we were back on the road.

Uhaina is joined by an excited group of people from Missoula and visitors from Oregon.

They posed using their best 'cool guy' looks.

The Mitchell Family from Piltzville came out to offer Uhaina a cool drink of ice water. Good deeds run in the family and charity is a regular happening as it turns out.

Katya is excited to run today.

After a long day of running, the girls' team stopped by a lake for a swim and are greeted by some friendly pigs.

and some new friends.

who all offer a good wish for peace and happiness.

Thank you very much to Frankie at Campground of Drummond for providing the team with an RV Hook-up and space for tents right on the river.
