USA 6 August: Manlius, NY - Esperance, NY

Our thanks to Marianne, Daulat's sister, for hosting us last night. She is not only a wonderful cook but a terrific host. We loved her enthusiastic household and help with lunch for today.

Ashirvad starts the day of running.

We are welcomed by the kids of Madison County Children's Camp who joined us in singing the World Harmony Run song.

A moment of silence from the camp counselors.

Then its time for a run!

Then the boys are off and running to the Sharon Springs Town Pool to meet with our new friend there.

Enthusiasm joined with harmony to make a great event.

A local swimmer adds her wishes for peace.

More swimmer's add their good wishes and hopes for world harmony.

And we're off and running to Albany for the night. We are excited to reach the capital city of New York.

The boys were so happy for the complementary rooms provided by the Hotel Albany, just next to the Capitol Building, www.thehotelalbany.com. It made for a beautiful and restful night for a full day of running tomorrow.
