World Harmony Run 2009 has arrived in Serbia! As preparation for our main events, we visited a very sweet place called Djurdjevo, which is located in the central part of Vojvodina.

Трка Хармонија Света 2009 стигла је у Србију.Као увод у главне догађаје посетили смо прелепо место Ђурђево у срцу Војводине.

It was a cold, rainy morning as we cheerfully launched the WHR.

Било је хладно,кишовито јутро али је Трка Хармонија Света кренула.

Оn our way into the meeting, we were joined by local kids as we carried the torch into their village.

Деца су нам се придружила путем и понела бакљу до села.

The community was celebrating a local holiday, so they invited us to be part of the celebrations.

More than 1000 people, mostly children, welcomed us.

We presented the WHR and everybody took the chance to hold the torch and to offer a wish for peace and harmony!

У Ћурћеву се славио локални празник,позвани смо да учествујемо на прослави.Више од 1000 људи,углавном деце,поздравило нас је.Представили смо Трку Хармонија Света и свако је имао прилику да држи бакљу и подржи мир и хармонију у свету.

Thanks to Djurdjevo for the great time! We are looking forward to returning in 2010!
