The first place to visit today was Veliki Preslav - the old capital of Bulgarian Kingdom.

Първото място, което посетихме днес бе Велики Преслав - стара столица на Българското царство. 

At the beginning of the city we were welcomed by a big group of young athletes. 

В началото на града бяхме посрещнати от голяма група от млади спортисти.  

The local folklore ensemble sang beautifully for us at the ceremony.

Месният фолклорен ансамбъл пя прекрасно за нас. 

The mayor gave us words of encouragement and support. 

Кметът ни подкрепи и окуражи. 

The good wishes of Preslav are joining the millions of others.

The kids of Omurtag gave us a warm welcome.

The day was far from over. We had still two cities to visit.

Денят далеч не бе свършил. Имаше да посетим още два града. 

The city of Kotel showed its big heart.

Котел ни показа своето голямо и гостоприемно сърце. 

The Deputy mayor started a symbolic fire in support of world peace and friendship.

Заместник кмета на града запали символичен огън за мир и приятелство. 

The people of Kotel deffinitely know how to win friends.

Sliven

The mayor Mr. Milev receives the torch on behalf of Sliven.

Кметът г-н Милев получава факела от името на Сливен. 

We were very happy and proud the award Mr. Mihail Zhelev, a european stiple chase champion from 1969 with the Torch Bearer Medal for the inspiration and great example that he is for everybody. 

С голяма радост и гордост връчихме, на г-н Михаил Желев, евпопейски шампион от 1969 г. на бягане с препядствия, официалния медал на Факлоносец, за вдъхновението и примера, който той дава на всички.
