Today we had 670 kilometers to cover from Vancouver to Nelson. Since most of the roads were unfit for running (much too narrow), we loaded our vans with snacks and CDs and had a day of driving.

The mountains, streams and valleys made for some gorgeous views and we couldn't resist pulling over to take in some of the scenery.

Upon arriving in the sweet and heavenly city of Nelson we had a quick "tailgate" meeting before enjoying a delicious dinner at Baba's Indian Cuisine and taking in a few of the local sights.
