Sweden 8 August: Solleftea - Östersund

Day three in Sweden; no moose yet!

After we left Solleftea, we continued running from the place we stopped at yesterday; 155 kilometres were ahead of us, mostly through forest!

Grilled potatoes for lunch.

For relaxation, we took a short stop at the Motodrom of Östersund for a nice Karting session. Fortunately for some of us, no driving experience was needed!

Later, we arrived at Östersund City Hall, where we were welcomed by a city representative, our local organiser and athletes.

A musician played for us and we got a special welcome - a victory wreath!

After the reception, we enjoyed a great dinner together. One of our hosts was the female Swedish marathon record holder, Lena Gavelin.
