Czech Republic 30 September: Zlin - Brno

In the morning we returned to the main square in Zlin and had a nice ceremony with young children. We played games with them and some doves were released as a symbol of peace and freedom.

Together with a large group of kids half of our team left Zlin.

The second half of the team then visited two nearby schools in Zlin. All the kids where very enthusiastic and full of energy!

Welcome!

What is it all about?

the kids put their color hand-prints on paper...

Harmony begins with me!

The country-guessing game is always a highlight of the presentations...

Happy faces the whole day!

Then we headed out of Zlin into the country side.

The Mayor of Kromeriz showed us the famous painting in the town hall.

The Mayor of Zdounky and some children ran with us.

Despite a furious farmer in Morkovice we made it all the way to the school with the help of some kids running with us...

A group of kids surprised us in Svabenice. A short but hearty meeting took place despite a mayor communication problem...

In Ivanovice na Hane kids ran with us to the townhall.

In Vyskov more kids joined in...

Once around the square!

In Rousinov we visited some kids and presented the Run...

At the same time our team passed through Kralovopolske Vasany. The mayor welcomed us and kids run with us to Rousinov.

The mayor welcomed us and nice refrshments were served...

Finally we reached Brno.

The final ceremony of the day took place in a small park in the centre of the city. A children choir welcomed us with nice singing.

At the end of the presentation we all went on stage and all together we sang the World Harmony Run Song!

Many thanks to the Holiday Inn for accommodating our International Team!
