The mayors from the towns on both sides of the border (Ing. Lubomir Milanek from Slovak Moravske Lieskove and Pavel Mimochodek from Czech Strani) holding together the torch, as a symbol of the friendship of the two countries.

Starostové z obcí na obou stranách hranice (Ing. Lubomír Milánek z Moravského Lieskového a Pavel Mimochodek ze Strání) drží společně pochodeň, jako symbol přátelství těchto zemí.

Many hills and lovely villages are so typical for this region.

Pro tuto oblast jsou typické kopce překrásné vesnice.

Local runners from Strání joined us for first few kilometres in their country.

Na prvních kilometrech v jejich zemi nás doprovodili místní běžci ze Strání.

The first part of the day there was a lot of uphill running. Luckily local runner from Nivnice helped us to run it.

V první části dne bylo hodně běhání do kopce. Naštěstí nám pomohl běžec z Nivnice.

In Dolní Němčí we had children running with us. All the way to school. Here mayor Ing. Frantisek Hajduch and school representatives welcomed the relay and run too!

V Dolním Němčí s námi běžely místní děti, celou cestu až ke škole. Tam nás přivítal pan starosta Ing. František Hajdůch a představitelé školy a také s námi běželi!

Kids in Hluk waited along the road and ran all the way to the city hall.

V Hluku na nás čekaly děti po celou cestu městem až k radnici.

The mayor of Hluk Ing Jan Simcik and the vice-mayors Mr. Antonin Koci and Mr. Miroslav Jelenek introduced us the history of their town, before they ran with us.

Pan starosta Ing. Jan Šimčík i místostarostové Antonín KOčí a Miroslav Jelének nás seznámili s historií města Hluk a pak s námi také popoběhli.

There is only one perfect road and that road is always ahead of you.

Je pouze jediná cesta a ta cesta je pořád před tebou.

Second team meanwhile had a meeting with the kids and the vicemayor of Uherský Brod, Mr. Ing. Hynek Susil...

Náš druhý tým se mezitím setkal s panem tajemníkem MÚ Ing. Hynkem Sušilem a s dětmi v Uherském Brodě.

...who suddenly disappeared, just to come back in running outfit to join us!

Pan Sušilnám na chvíli zmizel, aby se objevil v běžeckém oblečení a vyrazil společné s námi!

In Luhačovice the vicemayor Mr. Roman Lebloch greeted us at the city's beautiful spa.

V Luhačovicích jsme byli přivítáni panem místostarostou Mgr. Romanem Leblochem na krásném lázeňském náměstí.

Mr. JUDr. Jan Haluza, 94 years old coach of famous marathon runner Emil Zatopek, was also there accompanied with his wife to honour us with his presence and nice speech.

Pan JUDr. Jan Haluza,  94-letý trenér světoznámého maratonského běžce Emila Zátopka, zde byl i se svojí manželkou, aby nás pozdravil svou přítomností a krásnou řečí.

We have more and more people to accompany us. Great!

Doprovázelo nás stále více a více lidí. Príma!

Running to the last ceremony, we had so many enthusiastic children joining our team.

Když jsme přibíhali na dnešní poslední ceremonii, doprovázelo nás spousta nadšených dětí.

At the last ceremony in Zlin there were many dance and music performances.

Ve Zlíně bylo mnoho tanečních a hudebních vystoupení.

Even famous Japaka Orchestra  performed on the main square.

Na hlavním náměstí vystupovala dokonce známá skupina Japaka orchestra.

Great ceremony, thank you Zlín.

Velkolepá ceremonie. Děkujeme městu Zlín.

The city representatives and the member of the senate member PaeDr.Alena Gajduskova share our idea of international friendship and therefore they hold the torch together.

Zástupci města Zlína a senátorka paní PaeDr. Alena Gajdůšková sdíleli naši myšlenku mezinárodního přátelství a podrželi pochodeň společně.

Many people came to the main square named after peace (Namesti Miru) to meet us...

Na zlínské Náměstí Míru přišlo za námi přišlo mnoho lidí...

...and to run with us!!! VIP runners in front.

… a také s námi běželi.

We sang the the World Harmony run song together.

Společně jsme zpívali naši píseň.

After the ceremony everybody had a chance to hold the torch. Here is the MC Ondrej Carda from Zlín radio Čas with his beautiful family. Thank you for your participation.

Po ceremonii měl každý možnost podržet si pochodeň. Zde je pan Ondřej Carda ze zlínského rádia Čas se svojí krásnou rodinou. Děkujeme za účast.

Making a wish for harmony

Přání pro harmonii.

In the city hall we had a meeting with the mayor and the vice mayor. Also a children's choir performed for us three very beautiful songs. We felt honoured by the generousity of the city.

Na radnici nás přijali zástupci města. Také nám dětský sbor zapíval tři překrásné písně. Cítili jsme se poctěni štědrostí města.
