Sandro Zincarini

Sandro is 22, lives in Florence and is studying chemical engineering.

In his spare time he really loves to travel and enjoys seeing other cultures. "It's amazing," he says, "to discover that in each place you can almost feel at home, just with different habits."

But in case he is forced to retire indefinitely to a remote (warm and comfortable) island these are the items that he will take with him: music, especially African and Indian; big, huge, illustrated books with tons of wonderful and colourful pictures of everything; plus a good number of adventure stories, like the climbing of Everest or an expedition to the South Pole. For sport, a ball is enough (a round one, even though he does love rugby).

"That's all I need to live on a lonely island," he jokes,"because a good restaurant and lots of friends were included with the island!"

Sandro really likes Italian and Indian food. And we've assured him he won't be disappointed when he's in the main  cities, although he may have to cook his own damper on a campfire when he's in the remote outback.

To experience the vast, empty spaces of Australia is the reason Sandro is keen to come.  "Rainbows and beautiful skies are the things that impress me most."

And, one thing more, he hopes Milan AC is going to win another Champions League!
