USA 25 April: South Hill, VA - Bethesda, NC

Our second and third teams drove ahead to Raleigh.

Our great friends and supporters, Mary Gail and Michael Walker, had arranged for us to visit the Unity Church of the Triangle, where they were celebrating Earth Day.

We started with a beautiful, peaceful meditation together.

We then had a very warm blessing from the congregation at the start of one of their morning services. They certainly had some very talented singers amongst them.

We then went to spend some time with the children.

We talked with them about how we're running for harmony, and they correctly guessed all our countries and then asked lots of interesting questions.

To be a full member of our World Harmony Run team you really need to run with us - so out we all went for a jog round the park.

Afterwards the church very kindly provided us with refreshments and also an opportunity to chat with some more of the congregation.

The Harmony Run very often reunites family members throughout the route. Yuyudhan was fortunate enough to get a visit from his sister Helen and her family. They really seemed to enjoy themselves!

We are very grateful to the Hilton North Raleigh for providing excellent accommadations for the whole team. We rarely get to go five star!
