USA 11 May: Smithton, IL - St. Louis, MO

Led by our new and enthused teamates, Nayana, Chetana, and Mary, we ran into St. Louis and in front of the Gateway Arch.

Celeia Miranda-Yuen, Andrew Yuen and their sweet dog joined us for a photo. Celeia worked tirelessly in anticipation of our arrival.

Celeia is the founder of Belas Artes, which strives to connect people and cultures through art. Belas Artes is an art gallery, multicultural center, and cafe all wrapped up in one big heart.

Cileia, Andrew, and Wendy along with the many other devoted workers such as Lisa who gave free massages to the womens team, have made Belas Artes a place of pilgrimage for harmony lovers to gather. It is a truely unique enterprise and we were moved by the light and warmth that we felt in their company.

A shot of downtown St. Louis as seen from the top of the Gateway Arch.

The Circus Harmony led by "Jessica the Circus Lady" (in green) welcomed us once again to their one of a kind children's circus. Jessica's talented youth troop includes three of her own children. Her work for harmony is truely a unique and valuable service to humanity, and in her words, "and it's fun!"

Two dear friends, Celeia and Jessica shine with the light from their self-giving hearts.

One of Jessica's sons hulahoops while balancing on a moving ball.

The Shrine Hotel, located at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville, Illinois has been a dear friend and supporter of the run for years, and our gratitude to them knows no bounds.

Staying on these sacred grounds is truely a rejuvenating gift for our whole team. It is always a special experience.

Sit with me, sit by me, and you shall know peace.
