Rebecca McNamara is one of the outstanding Year 10 students of Sale College who, despite learning difficulties, maintains a tremendous attitude at school and is an inspiration to many.

Bec was awarded the Citizenship Prize for the Junior Campus for the work she does and continues to do around school and in the community. She raises money for the Leukaemia Foundation and is an active member of the Lions Club, working on community projects, and is the number one fund raiser for every $ drive they have. She is in the music program and she also participates in sport, playing basketball for people with a disability. Bec often travels interstate to compete in basketball tournaments.
