Our day began with a friendly 2-mile race in Ravenna Park.

Mark was "pipped at the post" by Jeromy.

Drsalu was very happy to finish.

Maria loved the opportunity to sprint to the end. We so rarely get to sprint out on the road.

Later in the day we made our way to Green Lake to do a ceremonial lap around the lake...

...and a nice visit to the Sri Chinmoy Peace Grove.

We met Ruth and Ariam who very enthusiastically helped us carry the torch around the lake.

Some of us took a little time to watch USA in the World Cup. They tried hard.

We would like to thank Transformation-Surprise Laundromat for offering the team free laundry service during their stay in Seattle.

We offer our gratitdude to Silence-Heart-Nest Vegetarian Restaurant for filling our bellies and tantalizing our taste buds all weekend. We need to run hard now to drop a few pounds!
