Suomi-Finland 16 May: Turku - Suomusjärvi

School time in Finland! A busy schedule was lying ahead of us. Four schools in a short time.

First we visited the Suomusjärven Koulu - school. The kids awaited us in the gym hall...

...the perfect place for World Harmony Run gymnastics...

...we took all the kids out on the sports field for a Run...

...it got quite dynamic...

after the group picture the headteacher and some children accompanied us all the way back to the main road...

Thanks for the meeting!

..in formation we reached the second school: Nummi-Pusulan Koulu ja lukio...

...the World Harmony Run song with the actions works also with older kids...

...a last briefing before the Run...

...and once around the school!...

Great meeting, thanks!

..the Hyrsylän Koulu - school was next:

the kids awaited us sitting in front of their school. A very nice place indeed...

...lots of happy faces...

...like in all other schools we gave the World Harmony Run book for the school's library and a Jarna Kala artwork, done by the founder of the Run, Sri Chinmoy as gifts to the head teacher...

...last, not least we reached the Koisjärven Koulu - school.

...it took the kids a few minutes to warm up, but then the fun started...

...stamps and stickers...

...when it came to running, the head teacher set a perfect example...

..after the group picture we were treated for coffee and cookies..

...and some of us made it back to the school benches...

..autographs and face painting were next on the schedule...

Thanks for the great time!

in the afternoon wer ran all the way to Helsinki. We were generously treated for dinner by Jang, the owner of the Viisi Pennia Restaurant.
