USA 29 November: Snowmass, CO

Today we met with a truly remarkable man, Father Thomas Keating, a trappist monk who entered into this monastic order at the age of 20. He is an internationally renowned theologian and has authored over 21 books.

Father Thomas has been a leader and source of inspiration for countless people around the world. He helped found the centering prayer movement - a contemplative form of prayer that emarged from St. Joseph's Abbey around 1975.

We were truly honored to have had the opportunity to present Father Thomas Keating with the Torch-Bearer award and wish him continued good health and all the best for his most significant endeavours in service of humanity.
