Nous en sommes au cinquième jour de la Course de l’harmonie mondiale au Québec.  C’est un matin ensoleillé à Baie-Saint-Paul et nous profitons d’une agréable brise.  

Today was the 5 th day of our WHR in Quebec. The sun was out in the morning at Baie-St Paul with a fresh breeze in the air.

Tenant le Flambeau, la très aimable propriétaire de l’Auberge Cap-aux-Corbeaux, Murielle Otis, a gracieusement offert à l’équipe une confortable chambre et a cuisiné un savoureux déjeuner ainsi qu’une confiture délicieuse.  

The most gracious and accomodating owner of the Auberge Cap-aux-Corbeaux, Murielle Otis,holding the WHR torch. She provided the WHR team with a cozy room and in the morning cooked a most fresh and tasty breakfast along with a delicious homemade jam.

Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de l’un des membres de notre équipe, Dimitriy de l’Ukraine, avec une tarte au chocolat faite chez un pâtissier local, la chandelle appropriée, le Flambeau et une chanson de  Bonne Fête. 

We celebrated the birthday of one of our WHR runner members, Dimitriy from Ukraine with a tasty chocolate tart from a local bakery and an appropriate candle, our WHR torch, along with a Happy Birthday song.

Nous avons apporté le Flambeau de la Course de l’harmonie mondiale à l’école Sir-Rodolphe-Forget, où sa directrice madame Johanne Larose nous a reçus. 

We brought the World harmony Torch to Ecole Sir Rudolphe Forget, where we were recieved by he director of the school Johanne Larose.

Both the children and adults enthusiastically do a fun exercise while WHR Team sings the powerful WHR song.

Un trajet fut déterminé dans la cour de l’école pour que les élèves courent à relais avec le Flambeau de l’harmonie. 

A course was set in the backyard of the school where the kids run in relays with the Harmony Torch.

Une compétition amicale entre Sarvagata et un énorme camion alors que la route monte.

Ces aimables voyageurs (qui sont nés en Pologne) se sont arrêtés pour nous poser des questions, et ont fini par tenir le Flambeau ! 

These friendly drivers (whose native country is Poland) stopped their car and asked us who we were, and voila, they ended up holding the WHR torch.

Nous achevons cette journée de course au quai de traversiers de Saint-Simon, qui nous mènera vers l’autre rive du fleuve Saint-Laurent, à Rivière-du-Loup, notre destination finale. 

The end of our days-run finishing at the Saint-Simon Ferry dock where we cross the Fleuve Saint-Laurent to our last destination of the run, Riviere-du-Loup.
