Denmark 3 May: Vrads - Løkken

Once again we were hosted by the Sahaj Marg Ashram Vrads: Coordinator Ebbe received the torch. Thank you for the nice welcome!

Many km's later we reached Viborg. Students from the Gymnastik og Idrætshøjskole Viborg ran towards us and joined us all the way back to their school...

..it was lots of fun to run with them through the beautiful city...

...more students were waiting and joined in...

..we reached the school and after a short presentation we got a great lunch...

Thank you for running with us!

Rolf Bücking, the official running cordinator from the community Viborg and a small team of local runners guided us from the shool through the old part of Viborg...

At the dome we were received by Børge Iversen from St. George Guilde: these are elders of the city who keep the awareness of the history alive...

...a brief tour through history: thank you for the patience!

The real running started: over 120 km until we reached the sea in the North of Denmark!

...unusial bridges...

...clean me!

20 km before Løkken we reached the coast. The Run continued on the beach...

The sand was so hard that cars can drive there. An unique running route!

Jens Buhl Christensen from Sindal Running Club joined us for 10 km, running on finest sand...

185 km later we conquered Denmark. Thanks for this great, intense day!
